PSG plans to HIJACK Manchester United’s move for Serie A star

Manchester United could lose Serie A striker to PSG

Manchester United has made two key signings in this transfer window, with Andre Onana and Mason Mount joining Erik Ten Hag’s side, but they have more players on their radar.

The Red Devils are eager to ensure they have a good enough squad to compete domestically and in Europe in the next campaign, and several names are on their shopping list.

After deals for Mount and Onana, the next player on their list is Atalanta striker Rasmus Hojlund, who has attracted the attention of clubs around Europe.

Hojlund is wanted by some of the biggest sides in the continent, but he has agreed to personal terms with United, which should make it easy for the Red Devils to complete the transfer.

However, a report on Football Insider claims he has also become a serious target for PSG, who need a replacement for Kylian Mbappe, as the Frenchman is being forced out of the club.

PSG has told him to sign a new deal or leave this summer and is prepared to keep him out of the squad for the next term while using another frontman.

They believe Hojlund is an ideal player to fill that role up front for them and might act to hijack his transfer to United, who have been told he would cost 90m euros.
