Chelsea Mohamed Kudus

Chelsea have reportedly held talks with Ajax star Mohammed Kudus’ representatives.

Arsenal and Manchester United want the versatile Ghana international, but Chelsea has become the first Premier League side to open talks with him.

Like Christopher Nkunku, who signed for Chelsea this summer, Kudus can play as a striker, winger or in midfield.

He has entered the final two years of his contract in Amsterdam, and several European giants have voiced an interest in striking a deal.

According to 90min, Mauricio Pochettino’s side has made the first move this summer, reaching out to Kudus’ entourage to discuss personal terms.

The Blues are confident that contract negotiations would not be an issue with Kudus. They have contacted Ajax to know what the deal will cost and are now considering their next move.

But Manchester United, where former Ajax boss Erik ten Hag are observing the situation.
