OFFICIAL: Christian Pulisic LEAVES Chelsea to AC Milan

Christian Pulisic has joined AC Milan on a four-year deal.

The USA international signed for the Italian giants on Thursday, with the club announcing his arrival on their social media handle.

The American, who is Milan’s second signing from Chelsea this summer, will wear the No 11 shirt for his new club. He will reunite with former Blues team-mates Fikayo Tomori and Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who joined the San Siro side in a £15m deal at the end of last month.

In their farewell message to Pulisic, Chelsea said: “We wish Christian well and thank him for all his contributions during his time at the club.”

Pulisic joined Chelsea from Borussia Dortmund in 2019. Although his time at Stamford Bridge was largely unsuccessful due to form and fitness issues, he still featured 145 times, scoring 26 goals for the Blues.

He won one Champions League title, one European Super Cup and one Club World Cup. He was only the second American to score a hat-trick in the Premier League after netting three goals against Burnley.

The American has 60 caps for the USA’s American national team, scoring 25 goals. He captains the national team and has won the CONCACAF Nations League twice with his country.
