AC Milan has reportedly offered Chelsea £19 million ($24m) for Christian Pulisic.
The American winger has informed the club of his decision to move to San Siro despite interest from French Ligue 1 side Lyon. According to Sportsmail, Lyon had made a rival bid for Pulisic after AC Milan made an opening offer of $15m plus add-ons at the weekend.
But despite Lyon’s offer, Pulisic has told Chelsea he would not join the French side. He has insisted that he will only join Milan and is waiting for the club to meet Chelsea’s valuation.

The 24-year-old cost Chelsea $74m from Borussia Dortmund and is one of the reported eleven players want to sell this summer. AC Milan knows of his desire to play in San Siro next season and are currently discussing with Chelsea.
The Blues and Milan have worked together on several transfers over recent seasons, involving Olivier Giroud, Fikayo Tomori, Tiemoue Bakayoko and, most recently, Ruben Loftus-Cheek, who joined Milan earlier in this summer transfer window.
