Thomas Partey snubs Saudi Arabia and agrees to join Juventus from Arsenal

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey is set to snub the riches of Saudi Arabia to move to Juventus in this transfer window as the Ghanaian considers his future at Arsenal.

Partey is one of the finest midfielders in Europe and has been a key player for Arsenal since he moved to the club in 2020, which is why several top side want to add him to their squad.

Juventus were interested two seasons ago, but the fee to sign him was too much for them at the time, which made the Italians reconsider their bid for him.

Arsenal is chasing the signature of Declan Rice and that means Partey might struggle to play in the next campaign, which made him a target for clubs in Saudi Arabia.

However, Juve also enquired about adding him to their squad and a report on The Daily Mail claims the Ghanaian is interested in moving to the Italian club in this transfer window.

The report claims he has prioritised a move to Turin over other clubs who want to add him to their squad, including those from Saudi Arabia.

He would be one of the few players in Europe to ignore the charm offensive of a club from that country, which is quite impressive.
